Style Elevator Members Are Saying…
Is Your Style
In The RED?
You hate your clothes, nothing fits, and you don’t know where to start. Getting dressed is the worst part of your day (and that’s assuming you’re getting dressed at all).
You’ve tried it all: the Nordstrom shoppers, Stitch Fix, minimalism, Nuuly, but nothing’s solved the real issues. In fact, they made your guilt and frustration worse.
You hate shopping, hate the mall, and would rather chew gravel than browse 100 racks or spend hours in a fitting room — and shopping online? Forget it.
Here’s the truth no one is saying out loud:
You don’t know how to get out of style debt, because the people who taught you how to shop, manage your closet, and get dressed were also in style debt.
We grew up believing hating our clothes and hating our bodies was normal.
Add in fast fashion, Amazon hauls, diet culture, sizing discrepancies, outrageous swings in trends, and the constant watchful eye of social media…
And it’s no wonder women spend YEARS drowning in style debt.
Except for you, because you won’t let the cycle continue.
Meet Your Coach
Hi there, I'm Liz Thogerson (TOE-grr-son), and I use StyleBiology™ to help rebel women take clothing risks, build a wardrobe, and own their self-image. I live in Atlanta with my husband, two kids, and many struggling houseplants.
I used to think that I needed to be in-the-know, thin, and wealthy to like the way I looked in clothes.
Most personal stylists out there want you to believe so, too.
They want you to buy into these lies, so they can sell you the facade: the trendiest pieces, with the right labels, that slim your figure and elevate your status.
I know, because I used to be one of those stylists. I came up in the industry giving clients trend-based, short-term solutions to deeper, long-term style problems. The strategy: keep the client coming back for the next fix.
Why? It’s profitable.
But I’m calling BS.
My friend, that's fashion, not style. The fashion industry is a money-making machine, designed to repeatedly sell you products that give the illusion of more privilege.
👉 This is why fashion influencers have jobs. If you're in the know, you can buy the "perfect" thing, and your life is cuter and easier. For a moment.
👉 This is why shopping feels like a chore. You can FEEL that the system is out of alignment with your values.
👉 This is why you blame your body when you don't like how you look. The fashion industry is out of your control. Or is it?
Here's the thing you must know, my friend.
Dressing yourself with creativity and love, in the body you inhabit right now, is an act of open rebellion in our culture.
That's why rebel women are my peeps. And that includes you.

Style Elevator Is For You If...
You want to invest in the right things
The cheap stuff you buy falls apart, the expensive stuff you buy is too fragile and special for everyday. You’re pissed off at how much money is sitting in your closet, wasted.
Your time is precious
Time is way up there with money. If looking better means spending every weekend at the mall, you’re OUT. If finding outfit ideas means spending hours on Pinterest — FORGET IT. You have bigger priorities for your time.
You desperately crave more joy
Right now, your closet is a black hole where joy and creative self-expression goes to die. It’s a constant reminder of your missed potential, old stories, and unmet goals.
Style Elevator Members Say…
DIY-ing your style is EXHAUSTING. It feels like the deck is stacked against you.
If you follow the trends, and don't like how they look on you, you feel like you're broken.
If you unsubscribe from trends, shopping feels nearly impossible - where are the interesting clothes?
You've been white-knuckling your closet for years, only to find yourself in a rut of wearing boring sweats and tees on repeat.
"...The way you're showing up on the outside doesn't match the level you've achieved on the inside..."
Can We Be Real, Please?
You've grown.
You've invested energy into healing your relationship with yourself: your body, your thoughts, your worthiness. You're starting to see the rewards of this work, both in your professional and personal life. It's awesome!
But, the way you're showing up on the outside doesn't match the level you've achieved on the inside.
You're showing up in outfits that make you feel LESS THAN.
You look for shortcuts online, hoping to buy the "right things" for this version of you, but all you see are MORE RULES. More trends. More self-blame.
Rinse and repeat.
Imagine if things were different.
Imagine yourself one year from now.
You wake up in the morning and your first thought is, "I can't wait to get dressed!"
You open your closet, and smile. Your eyes pan across the row of hangers, eagerly taking in the options:
- All of the tops? You're obsessed with them.
- Each and every pair of jeans? They fit like a dream (even during your luteal phase).
- The dress options? All favorites.
- Putting an outfit together with these pieces? Effortless. Any of these pieces would work perfectly today.
You briefly check the weather forecast, slip on a pair of the most comfortable work pants, tuck in a gorgeous top in one of your best colors, shrug on your favorite leather jacket, pop on some versatile jewelry, step into the cutest shoes you've ever seen, and go. This took about 5 minutes.
Your beautiful outfit supports you throughout the whole day so well, that you FORGET what you're wearing. You're able to focus on your contributions and showing up generously.
You don't even rush home to change clothes. You feel so fabulous, you text your BFF to meet up for a quick bite.
When you walk in the restaurant, they assume you worked from home today and put the outfit on right before meeting them.
But no, you felt ready to be THIS SEEN since 7 am. You blush a little bit, and say "You know what? I really love this outfit."
They ask you where you bought your top. You offer to take them shopping next weekend.
Sounds incredible, right?
If this sounds like a dream, you can breathe a huge sigh of relief right now.
You've made it to the right place, at the right time, to make it a reality - for life.
