rise styling color kit™ - terms and conditions

By purchasing the Rise Styling Color Kit™ ("the Kit"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Submission of Photos: Upon receiving the Kit and/or upload link, you are required to take and submit your photos via the provided upload link within 5 days. Failure to do so may result in delays in processing your color analysis. You do not need a sunny day; overcast natural light works equally well.

2A. Color Analysis Turnaround: Your color analysis will be completed within 5 business days of receiving your photo approval email notification.

2B. Color Analysis Turnaround [DRAPES EDITION ONLY]: Your Kit must be tracking back with the enclosed mailing label in order to receive your results. Please allow this timeframe for us to accurately assess your seasonal palette.

3. Return Policy [DRAPES EDITION ONLY]: Hold on to the Kit until your photos have been approved. Please return the Kit within 5 days of receiving your photo approval notification. If for any reason you cannot return your kit within 5 days, please communicate with us. You can reach us at clientsuccess@risestyling.com to let us know if you are having any problems.

4A. Late Return Fees [DRAPES EDITION ONLY]: If the Kit is not returned after 30 days of receiving your approval notification, a $350 late return fee will be applied. If the Kit is not returned after 60 days, you will be charged $900 to replace the Kit, and you will be forfeiting your Color Analysis results.

4B. Late Submission [DIGITAL EDITION ONLY]: If you fail to submit your completed questionnaire and photo uploads within 30 days of purchase, your analysis is forfeited. You will need to purchase a new analysis in order to submit your photos and receive results.

5. Retained Items [DRAPES EDITION ONLY]: All items in the Color Kit™, including but not limited to the 60 color drapes, the phone mount, and the Bluetooth remote, must be returned inside the Kit. If you receive the Kit and notice an item is missing, please let us know immediately at clientsuccess@risestyling.com

6. Responsibility for Missing Items [DRAPES EDITION ONLY]: In the event that any item included in the Kit is not returned, up to a $50 replacement fee will apply per item.

7. Return Process [DRAPES EDITION ONLY]: A prepaid return label is included in the Kit for your convenience. Please use this label to return the Kit within 5 days of receiving your photo approval email. If you lose your return label, email us at clientsuccess@risestyling.com to request a new free return label to print at home.

8. Damage or Loss [DRAPES EDITION ONLY]: You are responsible for any damage to or loss of items included in the Kit during the rental period. Any such damage or loss may result in additional charges.

9. Use of Personal Information: We may use the personal information provided by you for the purpose of processing your color analysis and/or managing the rental of the Kit. Your information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

10. Image Policy [DRAPES EDITION ONLY]: Images of you wearing Color Kit™ drapes are the property of Rise Styling and may be used for marketing and social media purposes. Identifying information (full name, location) will not be used.

11. Agreement to Terms: By purchasing the Kit, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
