She is a perfect example of this essential fact: never jump to conclusions - even clients who meet the textbook traits for a season deserve a complete and thorough analysis.
Every client gains a deeper understanding of their season’s traits by seeing herself in many colors. A quick, cursory “diagnosis” of Warm Autumn would be a disservice to her.
She’d be too attached to her swatches, missing out on thousands of micro-shades that also suit her season.
